TPiRecap: 26 December 2013

First off, I hope everyone who celebrates Christmas had a wonderful holiday, and everyone who doesn't at least enjoyed the day off of work. ^^;

It's back to normal today, however, as we begin the countdown to the end of 2013, a year that as far as Price is concerned has seen some tremendous highs (including our first Pay the Rent winner), but I have a feeling most people are focusing more on the lows (that long string of DOBs during the summertime make-goods) than on anything else. I wonder why that is...

In any case, let's proceed with today's festivities.

Apologies in advance if I seem especially terse today; I don't intend for this to be a speedrun, but I am dealing with sleeplessness that is bordering on outright exhaustion right now, so I just want to get through this quick. I'd like to keep my record of not missing an episode during my last season if I can possibly help it.

I defend myself by saying I thought the smoker was one of those "ringer" prizes that looked cheap but was really around two thousand clams. As it turns out I was only partly right; it was deceptively expensive, but not by as much as I thought.
