Hopefully everything's working correctly today... I'm really not in the mood for any more tech problems.

I may as well say this right up front. My heart's not really in this today, what with yesterday's death of Geoff Edwards (one of my all-time favorite hosts) and some personal garbage in my life that I'll spare you the details of. I'll try to get through this, but if the results seem a bit more half-hearted than usual, just understand that I've got my mind on a lot of other things right now, and probably will for the next couple of shows at least. I'll be okay, it just may be a day or two before I'm back to my usual snarky self.

Let's do this...

Megan already wants to change her mind, but since there's no penalty for it, let's at least run this price by the Mighty Sound Effects Lady first...

  1. I did not know that Geoff Edwards had passed. First Jim Lange, now Geoff-sad day indeed.

On the other hand, can you recall the last time a "0" was used in the price of a car in "Lucky Seven". I'm thinking the late 1980s due to controversy Bob engendered because he chnged whether zero was high or low to keep a contestant in the game.

    1. That is precisely why there hasn't been a zero in Lucky $even since at least then. At this point I think they just need to bite the bullet and admit it in the rules spiel -- "There are no zeroes in the price of this car." It won't break the game in the slightest bit, and it will prevent Fandom Assembled from losing their minds when someone who doesn't know about the (currently) unwritten rule calls for a zero.

    2. Exactly-just like with Dicey, unless they decide to bring back Dicey's 1976 rules.
