TPiRecap: 24 October 2014

We managed to poke our head a little bit out of the muck yesterday... if that trend can continue today, we can at least say we ended the week with a halfway-decent taste in our mouths. However, there's no way to spin it as anything other than the worst week so far this (still very young) season in terms of winnings and number of games won (only five outright winners out of twenty-four games played going into today, including only one car given away outisde the Showcases).

Cross your fingers and hope for the best, here we go...

I know $3,495 seems like way too much for a barbecue, even a fancy one like that... but it's also entirely too much for even an Apple computer, and between the two the Apple was most likely to be less expensive despite the brand name.

Once again, we get the "discrepancy found in the price of a prize and was rectified post taping" message in the closing credits, but since it didn't affect the outcome of any game, we can safely ignore it for now.

So even without giving away a car, we still managed to have a six-figure day thanks to a lucky Bonus Spin and catching Plinko in a good mood. I'll take it!

Back Monday with more, and back in a little bit with your weekly stat roundup.
