  1. You're right about that Lucky 7 scenario being ideal. With $5 on the last number, guessing 5 protects against all but the 0. Meanwhile, a 4 guess leaves the 9 vulnerable. Of the two, the zero is less likely to end a car price. (Thought that out during the game.)
Meanwhile on Swap Meet, I actually thought the Pool table was right. Meh...
Then there's Pick a Number. I leaned towards the 6 as well, mostly due to the 1.6L engine, but I guess such a price would be more befitting a Focus (the relatively larger compact).

And since there's never a zero in Lucky $even to begin with (I don't know why Drew's spiel doesn't acknowledge this), that made it a guaranteed win if she simply called 5... which of course she did.

    2. [(I don't know why Drew's spiel doesn't acknowledge this)]

I wonder if it has to do with L7 being a bona-fide guess the price game and TPTB thus don't want Drew dropping hints like that...

    3. Maybe that's an unwritten rule he honestly doesn't know.
At least he's aware of Ten Chances' unwritten Zero rule.
